Hi @Isaybelle,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If all the buttons on your HP Smart Tank 750 All-in-One printer are blinking when you open it, it usually indicates a problem or error. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.
- Check for Error Messages: Look at the printer’s display screen (if it has one) for any specific error messages or codes.
- Power Cycle: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
- Inspect Ink Tanks: Ensure that all ink tanks are correctly installed and not empty. Sometimes, improperly installed or empty ink tanks can cause errors.
- Check Paper Tray and Feed: Ensure that the paper tray is properly seated and there’s no jam or obstruction in the paper feed area.
- Update Firmware: Make sure your printer’s firmware is up-to-date. You can usually check for updates through the HP Smart app or the HP website.
- Reset to Factory Settings: If none of the above steps work, you might need to perform a factory reset on the printer. This can usually be done through the printer’s menu system, but consult the manual for detailed instructions.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
