Bonjour,

Mon imprimante est 'prête" mais n'imprime pas, aucun document en file d'attente! mais je peux imprimer à partir de mon

téléphone  ou d'un autre pc. Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider??? Merci d'avance

ps. j'ai déjà essayé tout un tas de solutions, mais rien n'y fait.
