We just bought this and are having issues connecting to it wirelessly. It shows to be connected to the internet but iphones, ipads and Mac cannot find it. Trying to contact HP support but their website doesn't recognize the serial number. Need help or this is going back...

How can your website not recognize your own serial numbers?? This is obviously an issue. I have a BRAND NEW LaserJet Pro 3201dw and can't contact support because your stupid site doesn't recognize the serial number. RIDICULOUS!
