Hi@Tom6365,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing issues with the HP OfficeJet Printer looking to enable the network capabilities.
I have a few recommendations
- On the printer control panel, touch (right arrow), touch Setup, and then touch Network. 2. Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then select Yes. A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored.
- On the printer's control panel, go to the Network menu or touch the wireless icon and then go to settings. Select Wireless Setup Wizard. The Wireless Setup Wizard displays a list of wireless networks in the area.
- Tap the Back four times consecutively to open the Help Menu.
- Scroll down and find "toggle the Menu.
- Click on "activate/disable Menu."
- Click on 'network '.
Make sure that all the network is turned on, otherwise click Ok to activate all the network.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
Click on the YES button to reply that the response was helpful and/or to say “Thank You”.
Have a great day!
