Built in network capabilities have been disabled

When I attempt to follow the instructions above from a similar posted answer: "1. Touch (right arrow), touch Setup, and then touch Network. Touch Restore Network Defaults..." -- I cannot do that, as soon as I touch Network, my display immediately says: "Built-in network capabilities have been disabled..."

Please help, I have no idea how to get back to my usually responsive printer via my local network.

Thank you.

PLEASE send me your "semi full reset" instructions. I need to print. Thanks, again.

@CWDenver, Welcome to HP Support Community!

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Hope this helps!
