I AM FINDING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CHANGE MY WIFI SETTING

  1. Turn the printer off and wait for 10 seconds.
  2. Turn the printer back on.
  3. Restore network settings:
    1. Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel (X) button together for 5 seconds until the wireless light blinks.
    2. This will restore the network settings to default.
  4. Open the HP Smart app on your phone and follow the guide to add the printer to your account.
    This involves connecting to the priniter's temp wifi network SSID, and transferring the new Home wifi SSID/Password to the printer within the App.

    Had the issue of a new Internet Provider & gateway router / wifi today and saw the above instructions on the support site for a different model HP Printer, and they work fine for the 2820e as well 😊
