I REALLY CANNOT BELIVE THAT IT IS SO DIFFICULT TO SETUP A PRINTER,  SO MANY PEOPLE WITH TROUBLES DOING THIS, INCLUDING ME. 

THERE IS NO A SIMPLE WAY TO DO THIS.  I AM ABOUT TO PUT IN THE GARBAGE CAN THIS PRINTER.  NEVER NEVER NEVER SEAMS TO BE   INSTALLED

I understand that you are unable to configure your printer. I'd like to help!

 

What seems to be the exact issue? Could you elaborate more?
 

Do you get an error message when trying to connect to the Wi-Fi?
Are you connecting the printer to a 2.4Ghz network or a 5Ghz network?

 

Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?


How is the printer connected to USB or Wireless? 
What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
