Product: HP ColorLaserJet CP 2025
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My above printer has disappeared from the system preferences and I cannot find it. So, though the printer is there it does not work with my MAC bit does with an old windows computer I have. Cannot find the software.Any thoughts/ideas......

Install below drivers package from Apple:

https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1888?locale=en_US

 

Once completing the installation, open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners and click the plus sign.

 

Be sure to select the HP Color LaserJet CP2020 Series option within the Use drop-down menu, then press the Add button.
