Hi @Dharma-walker

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Yes, you can turn off the Wi-Fi on the HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One Printer. Here's how you can do that:

Turning Off Wi-Fi on HP OfficeJet 8015e:

On the Printer's Control Panel:

  • Make sure the printer is powered on.
  • On the printer’s home screen, touch the Wireless icon (it looks like a small antenna or signal bars).

Go to Wi-Fi Settings:

  • From the wireless settings menu, look for an option like "Wireless Settings" or "Wireless Options".

Disable Wi-Fi:

  • You will see an option to turn off the wireless connection. Select "Turn Off Wi-Fi" or "Disable Wireless".
  • Confirm your choice if prompted.

Wireless Icon:

  • Once Wi-Fi is off, the wireless icon on the display should no longer be active (i.e., it will either turn off or show a disconnected state).

Alternative Method Using the Printer's Web Interface (If Connected to Wi-Fi):

If your printer is already connected to your network, you can also turn off Wi-Fi using its web interface:

Find Printer's IP Address:

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to the Network or Wireless Settings and find the IP address of your printer.

Access Printer's Web Interface:

  • Open a web browser on your computer or mobile device and enter the printer’s IP address in the address bar.
  • This will open the Embedded Web Server (EWS) for your printer.

Disable Wi-Fi:

  • In the EWS, go to Network Settings or Wireless Settings, and select Disable Wi-Fi.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
