Hi,
The printer uses different ink cartridges in different countries.
Where did you purchase the printer from, where are you currently located at and where did you purchase the ink cartridges from?
HP 123 cartridges are used by a printer sold in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and CIS, 304 cartridges are used in
Western Europe, in North America HP 65 cartridges are available and not other ink cartridges for a Deskjet 2620 printer:
