Have continuously lost wifi on printer. Used HP Print and Scan Dr to no avail, can not print. Reset the wifi mode and light is flashing but still can not connect to wifi.

Hi @Boots14 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're experiencing connectivity issues with your HP ENVY 6055e printer on Windows 11. Let's try some troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve the issue:
May I know
1. Since when are you facing this issue
2. Have you made any changes on your printer post that this issue raised and have you observed any light blinking on the display and error code
- Check Wi-Fi Network: Make sure your printer and your computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Restart Devices: Sometimes a simple restart can fix connectivity issues. Try restarting both your printer and your computer.
- Update Printer Firmware: Ensure your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can usually do this through the printer's settings menu or by visiting the HP support website and downloading the latest firmware for your printer model. Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Forget and Reconnect Wi-Fi: On your printer, navigate to the Wi-Fi settings and forget the current Wi-Fi network. Then, reconnect to the Wi-Fi network by entering the network name (SSID) and password.
- Check Router Settings: Make sure your router settings allow your printer to connect. Check if MAC address filtering is enabled on your router and if your printer's MAC address is allowed.
- Printer Placement: Ensure that your printer is placed within range of your Wi-Fi router and that there are no physical obstructions interfering with the Wi-Fi signal.
- Update Windows: Ensure that your Windows 11 operating system is up to date. Sometimes, updates include fixes for connectivity issues.
- Reinstall Printer Drivers: Uninstall the printer drivers from your computer and reinstall them. You can download the latest drivers from the HP website.
