Can not find ! on my HP Laser MFP 137fnw for the wifi codeI check

I checked all messages I found, but when i push * i have no other symbols. Same when I push #. I do have some symbols but no ! and no ? 

For my wifi paswoord i need these.

Use the HP Smart App or Web Interface for Setup

• Instead of entering the password on the printer’s control panel:
  • Download the HP Smart app on your smartphone or computer.
  • Use the app to connect the printer to Wi-Fi—it allows you to enter the password using your device's keyboard.
  • Alternatively, connect the printer via USB to your computer and use the web-based interface (type 192.168.223.1 into your browser when connected to the printer's direct Wi-Fi).

Try a WPS Connection (If Supported)

• If your router and printer support WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup):
  • Press and hold the Wi-Fi button or WPS button on your router until it blinks.
  • Press and hold the Wireless button on your printer until the Wi-Fi LED blinks.
  • The devices should connect without needing a password.

Simplify the Wi-Fi Password Temporarily

• Log in to your router settings and temporarily change the Wi-Fi password to one that doesn’t include special characters.
