I can't link my printer to the network because the printer dashboard is stuck on message 'cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink'. I am enrolled but can't link the enrolment until I can link to network. Which I can't do as I can't access dashboard... It is escalated with HP but I won't hear from them till Thursday next week. Any ideas?

I understand you are receiving a "cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink" error.
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
