Hi! I have an HP Envy 6055 printer. No touch screen. I've had it for 2 years. I changed my internet provider 2 months ago to Connect2First, who uses fiber optic cable. It's much faster than Hughes Net, and all of my internet capable devices have connected to my new router with no problem. But my printer just searches. I push the wps button & light turns purple, searching for internet. I then push button on router & nothing happens. After 30 minutes & multiple times of pushing wps button, the printer still keeps searching. I've unplugged printer, disconnected wifi cable, I've tried pushing wps on router only once, holding it down for 15-30 seconds, nothing works. Please help. I've read every single thing on internet from hp & nothing has worked.

Never mind. I just did the one thing I had not tried. I'd tried using my Smart app but nothing had worked. I finally hit "hide printer". Then I "added printer". My printer popped back up but THIS time it let me change network. It hadn't given me the option before. Sure enough it immediately found my new internet provider & immediately connected. Sorry! But hope this helps someone!

I'd already done everything you suggested. Somehow I did get set up on the internet, for 2nd time but at last step, the printer Smart app gave me an error code. It had done this before, but then didn't get that far. Now it has gotten to final step again. When I looked up the error code, I couldn't find it. It's EBS00P0010. HP says it has something do do with my ink cartridge. My printer shows wifi full signal in blue. But Smart app says there's no Internet.
