I have a Deskjet 2700. recently installed a new WiFi router. every other device reconnected fine (TV, phone etc) - except this printer. Have tried diagnostic tool on HP app (said unable to resolve). I'm getting 'Driver Unavailable' message.
Any ideas how I reconnect the printer to the new router!
Thanks

- On your computer, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on your HP DeskJet 2700 and select Remove device.
- Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features and uninstall any HP software related to your printer.
