We have three M15w printers in my family in my family that I support, and I can't for the love of me get them to connect to WiFi. Two of them are new, and one is in a place that just had a new WiFi network set up. All three printers work fine whist connected with a cable.
I've tried resetting the printers, and using the HP Smart application I'm trying to find the HP-Setup network to connect to. I'm however only seeing a DIRECT-0c-HP M15 LaserJet WiFi for one printer and a DIRECT-9f-HP M15 LaserJet WiFi for the other printer. Both networks are password protected and cannot be connected to.
Any ideas what I can do? I've been trying for several weeks now following various guides online (including this forum) that don't help. And whist we've been using HP for over 20 years, this is turning out to be incredibly frustrating. I just want a printer that works on WiFi.
Any ideas? Thanks

@Wiplash, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that you are trying to connect the printer to the computers wirelessly.
Use the WPS method.
Refer to - Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)
- Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
- The printer cannot be connected to a guest/public network.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
