Product: HP DeskJet 2752e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I switched my wifi router and had to get a new network. My printer keeps giving me error -9 when I try to install. I already did forget printer, restarted it and tried connecting a few times.

Hi @jessriv 

 

Press and hold the Wireless button () and the Cancel button (x) from the printer control panel together for three seconds. Then open HP smart and create the connection again.

I’ve tried this so many times. I just bought new ink too, otherwise I would’ve thrown this out and gone with an easier brand to navigate.
