I have the exact issue that the first person on this thread has....I'm on day 6 trying to get the printer to locate and connect with a new network and password on my home system. I keep getting circular non connection responses from my printer when I choose the printer network configuration. The previous thread stated it perfectly. 

 

Do I connect a to a new network by entering  the network name and password in the proxy area of the setup menu?

@hooter24, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

To reconfigure the printer, follow the steps from the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change.

 

Additionally, refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for help.

 

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
