I just changed to ATT Internet Air from the old ATT Internet. The printer won't connect even after going through the setup wizard. I have tried connecting by choosing the new internet service and then typing in the password. I also tried connecting by using the WPS button on the ATT Internet Air Hub. Neither will allow my printer to connect to the internet.
Do I now need to use a cable of some sort? I don't see a regular ethernet cable port on the printer so I'm not sure how to do that...if it is now necessary.

The issue is likely caused by the new equipment you received from ATT. Most new wireless equipment operates on both 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz radio channels. The problem is that many printers only support 2.4Ghz, but as the routers come stock configuration both channels are programmed with the same identification name. This causes your not compatible printer to try and connect to the 5 Ghz radio that it does not work with, The most reliable solution is to have your ATT equipment configured with a separate and unique SSID (name) for the 2.4Ghz radio and only allow the printer to connect to that SSID.
