I just moved into a new apt building that has WhiteSky internet/wifi built into all units. I'm able to follow all the steps to link my printer to the network until the very last step where it fails with the "Unable to reach printer over Wi-Fi" message. There is language that says" If you are on a guest network or network you don't own such as dorm or business, restart WiFi beaconing" which I've done numerous times now. I have my own private password for my specific unit so it's not exactly a public network.

 

HP's additional help instructions are horrendous (i.e. install HP Smart which did not help) and just puts me in a continuous loop that goes nowhere.
