Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M183fw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi - I am trying to connect to a HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M183fw using my MacBook. I downloaded the HP Smart and it was able to detect an older OfficeJet Pro 6970 printer, but can't find the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M183fw. I've followed the trouble shooting steps, including power cycling the router, but still unable to connect. I'm using the Verizon FIOS router. Is there a way to enter SSID and PW directly from the printer touchscreen? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you removed your previous printer's software? Make sure the HP Smart App is up to date.
