Hello! I bought this printer a few months ago and it is still under warranty, I installed the HP Smart app, set the printer up and tried printing, but it didn't work. I tried to print from my phone and connect to it, it says that I am connected and that the printer is ready to receive documents, but when I try to print a photo, document or printable on the HP Smart app it makes me choose the paper type and size, and after I press continue and I choose the printer it doesn't allow me to press the "print" button, please help me urgently, I started school and I cannot use my printer which i desperately need to print my projects, and other important papers! 😥
