I recently updated my router for Charter Spectrum Internet to Sagemcom. I was able to connect all of my devices except for my HP DeskJet 3772. I have followed every single suggestion that I could find including: using the HP Smart app on my iPhone 14 (ios 17.6.1) and my MacBook Air with OS Sonoma 14.4.1, (Location and Bluetooth on in both devices) Unplugging and restarting all my devices, switching my router to 2.4 GHz. (But it will only stay that way for 30 minutes) My printer and devices are all in the same room as the router. On my printer, I press my Internet button and my cancel button at the same time until the power light blinks. It says that it might take up to two hours to connect and I have let it go that long and more I still cannot connect. Any suggestions as to what I should try next??
