Hello,
I recently changed a router from an old one to new one, but I can't connect a printer to new router (Linksys) via WPS.
There was no issue when I used the old router. I already contacted the router customer service team, but there was not issue related to the router. Other devices, ex) laptops, tablets, phones, are well connected to the router.
I tried the WPS connection (Push button and pin code) and also changing the USB connection to the wireless.
However, those methods didn't work. For WPS, I got the WPS error message on the printer screen. For changing the USB connection to the wireless connection, a HP system says a wireless passcode is incorrect even I put a correct passcode.
Anyone has the same issue or solution for this?
