Product: HP LaserJet Pro M1217nfw Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I recently upgraded my wireless network from Google Mesh to Eero 6 Pro. After the upgrade I can't connect to the printer to the network. I tried resetting the network settings, made sure the radio is on, etc. I contacted Eero. They said its a HP support issue. Please let anyone.
Below is the message I get when trying to connect:
The printer was able to successfully connect to the wireless network using the wireless credentials provided. However, this computer is unable to communicate with the printer.
Please verify that the printer is on the same network as this computer and, if using WEP, verify that the credentials were entered correctly and try again
