Hi, having issues with a HP Color LaserJet MFP M283fdw which our computers (Macbook Air and Macbook Pro) fail to find on the network. It all worked okay until we returned after some weeks of being away. Now we can't connect to the printer.
The Wireless Network Test Report states under "Troubleshooting": "No problems found. Congratulations on successfully setting up your HP wireless printer."
Have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer drives and HP Smart software, turned off and on computers, turned off and on the printer, turn off and on the modem. No luck.
I've also hit the reset on "Printers and Scanners" under System Preferences. Briefly yesterday, the computer located the printer and I was able to set up the printer again, but HP Smart could not find the printer - and after trying to reset again, the printer no longer appears.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi,
Try restarting your router and allow it a moment or two to restart, once your internet connection returns be sure to restart the printer too and try again.
Note: if you may have multiple access points (extenders, repeaters, mesh, etc), be sure to restart all network devices prior of restarting the printer.
