HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One Printer

First, I got the error code "Please remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed." I cleaned the cartridge and reset the printer- didn't work. Then, after reseting the printer, it kicked me off my wifi (I recently changed my wifi password). Now when I try to connect to my network, I get the error “unable to find this network.” Every other device I own that is connected to wifi is working fine, the only one not working is this god-forsaken printer. So it is NOT an issue with my router. How do I get this printer to work again? I need an answer for both of these issues, but first I figure I need wifi connection before I can try to fix the cartridge issues - which, this is the second time I’ve had issues with my cartridge- I had to throw the last one away because it would not work after a few prints.
