I’ve been trying to get my iPhone, wireless, Bluetooth, Internet, router, Wi-Fi, to connect now for a few months, and I have tried everything in the **bleep** book that it says to do, and it is still not connecting. It sends me a pin to use when I put a pin in it says it is an accurate there is nothing coming from this company whatsoever to connect your Bluetooth Wi-Fi. Whatever to these printers. I thought I had my phone sitting right on top of my printer touching it it still says it cannot detect it. What the hell?????

Hi @Ashkane67,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Refer to this document for Bluetooth issues.

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.

Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?

Refer to this document for Airprintingif you are using iPhone

Is Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
