HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer

Ok, my printer has been connected to Wi-Fi b for it is a HP ENVY PRO 6455, some how it lost connection, I have done everything again & again step by step & I can’t get it to connect to the Wi-Fi, I even went back to the setup process, the first step is plug in and wait for purple light, it won’t even do that now, I have gotten the purple light back on a couple of times and followed the prompts, and still nothing, please help me, it’s driving me crazy!!!

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting printer connectivity issues, I am glad to assist you.

 

Press and hold the Wi-Fi button for at least three seconds to restore the network settings to default settings. This will also put the printer back into the Auto Wireless Connect (AWC) setup mode.

 

Open the HP Smart app, and then do one of the following:

● iOS/Android: On the home screen, tap the Plus icon and then select the printer. If the printer is not in the list, tap Add Printer. Follow the onscreen instructions to add the printer to your network.

● Windows and macOS: On the home screen, tap the Plus icon and select the printer. If the printer is not found, click or tap Set up a new printer. Follow the on-screen instructions to add the printer to your network.
