My HP Smart Tank 515 works fine except I can't get it to print via Bluetooth. I ran the HP Print and Scan Doctor which claimed to have resolved some issues but it still won't print via Bluetooth.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
- Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.
Are you getting any error messages or codes? - Did you make any changes to your printer?
- Are you able to print from other devices?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, and press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till the warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Dear Echo_Lake,
Thanks very much for your reply.
I tried the things you suggested. Unfortunately the printer still won't print via Bluetooth.
My PC reports that the printer is offline. That message comes as a notification which appears for 10 seconds or so then disappears.
I tried to print from my Smart phone (Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime) and it works from there.
Any suggestions?
Thanks so much for your help so far.
I hope this finds you well.
