I can not seem to find how to change or reset my printer wifi or factory reset it to change the wifi. we changed wifis and need it changed.

I'd like to help!

 

Restore the printer settings to factory-set defaults

  1. On the printer control panel, press the button.
  2. Open the following menus: ● Service ● Restore Defaults
  3. Touch or press the OK button. The printer automatically restarts.

If this does not help, I request you to talk to HP support.
