Can't print PDF from MAC

Hi

I can't print PDFs on airprint from my mac, macos bigsur 11.1

i've already uninstalled and reinstalled adobe and the printer software and obviously, restarted everything but still no luck

Any ideas?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to print PDF files from your Mac computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you remove the printer completely from your Mac computer and then add the printer again using the driver from the below link.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip

If you continue facing the issue, then update the printer firmware from the below link.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/DJ2600_2021B_updated/DJ2600_2021B.dmg

I have followed your instructions

It says there is no firmware update available

It will only print once from adobe, then the next time it say printer not responding even though it is only 2 mins later

if i reset my laptop then i can print once more, then doesn't respond again
