Can't reconnect my HP 6475 printer to WiFi even when the violet light (of the printer) is on. The HP Smart says that the printer is offline. I have tried the following solutions given by HP : reboot router, unplug and plug in the printer, but it didn't help.

Hi @SOL66,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We have to perform a Semi Full Reset to unlock the features of the printer and see how it goes.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name, or click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted. -
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
