I bought a new printer for school and have been trying to log into my hpsmart account the last 2 days. I made the account with my same email a couple of years back and can't remember the password. When I click reset password it says an email was sent to my email with a six digit code I have input into the following page but I am receiving no emails no matter how many times I try. Is there a way I can get my account deleted and remake it. Also, my account is not linked to a phone number so I cannot do it that way either.

3. Add HP to Safe Senders List

  • Add HP’s email address to your safe senders or whitelist to ensure that future emails are not blocked.

4. Try a Different Browser or Device

  • Sometimes, issues with accessing email or the HP Smart website can be browser-related. Try using a different web browser or device to perform the password reset.

6. Check for Account Recovery Options

  • If HP provides any alternative recovery methods (like answering security questions), make sure to use those if available.

7. Create a New Account

  • If all else fails and you cannot get the reset email, consider creating a new HP Smart account with a different email address. You may need to use a new email address if you can’t resolve the issue with your current one.

Steps to Create a New Account:
