Product: HP DESKJET 2700 ALL IN ONE PRINTER

My printer won't connect to my computer or phone to print anything. The printer will show it's printing but nothing comes out or it will just say "looking for printer". The printer information page will print and say "Connect to wireless network" (same one that the phone and computer are on), signal strength excellent. But then "This printer is not connected to the Internet". Please help.
