Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
No error codes or anything like that. I need to reset my printer to the factory settings so I can start over to get a new password. I forgot the password and have been trying to reset it to create a new one for a week now. I allowed customer service to take over my computer remotely to help and she just stopped helping me. I asked if she could give me a link to reset the printer and she never respond to me again. I follow all of the solutions but keep coming up against the sign in for the password, all of the buttons I need to push are grayed out. Please help.
