Product: HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the Verizon 5G Internet Gateway router working with my PC and laptop, and the HP Envy Pro 6455 printer is on the wi-fi

network with the Verizon router but I cannot print or use HP Smart. HP Smart from the laptop says HP Instant Ink has been cancelled 

but that's not true. The wi-fi network is public, and I've not been able to change that.
