Can the ink tanks can be filled with small amount of ink?

Hi,

I bought hp smart ink tank 515 printer yesterday. As per the sales person this needs to be used atleast once a week to avoid ink drying out. But i will go for anual vacation for 45 days, during that how can I avoid this drying out problem.

The sales person suggested to fill small amount of ink and refill after it finishes.

I doubt this will not work,moreover the left over ink in the bottle can also dry up.

Please advise whether I can fill in small amounts?

If I fill tha tank full, how long can it work without drying out.

Give the printer to someone who will use it, after 45 days of not working you will have only print quality problems.
