Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been trying for several days to connect my printer, and I still cannot print. The printer worked fine on my desktop computer that ran Windows 10, but i have since moved and the printer will not work on my home network with my laptop, also running Windows 10. I have connected with ethernet cable, and USB and my computer will not recognize it. I have uninstalled and re-installed 4 times now. It powers up and will print a test page, but I cannot print anything else. Can anyone help?

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please treat this as new router and use the following instructions to fix:

                  https://www.hp.com/au-en/campaigns/wireless-printing-center/reconfiguring-system-help3.html

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Regards.

I have tried your link several times and I keep getting an "oops something has gone wrong" message each time I try to open it? Broken link? Is there anything else you can suggest? I can't reinstall it now.
