Cannot connect after reset wifi in smart tank 720

Hi,

I changed router and I try to connect to new wifi. I cannot connect to restarted printer wifi. When I try to add printer from HP software I cannot find any printer. Printer behaves like this: https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive/03cLVI_wxO6Rpneo4ax-CDHjQ#IMG_3348
Wifi button is blinking and wifi on screen is changing with exclamation mark.

I tried few times wifi and factory reset for printer from manual, but doesn't work. Wifi works fine for other devices.

First do the following:

1. Press and hold the information ℹ️  button for 5 seconds until the buttons on the control panel light up. 2.
panel buttons light up.
2. Press the Wi-Fi button   and the Cancel X button simultaneously for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator light flashes blue.
Press the Wi-Fi button and the Cancel button simultaneously for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator light flashes blue.

Then connect your printer to the wireless network and for this you can follow the instructions in the following link:

Hi @GOLD_MASTER,

Unfortunately after step 2 my WI-FI button is not flashing - just on small screen WI-FI icon is loading and has  exclamation mark.

And thanks to HP I dont have any cable added to printer.
