I cannot get my printer to do anything. The wifi light was blinking this morning and now no matter what I try I cannot get it to work at all. Can someone please help me? Thank you!

Hi @lrbarton,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.

Meanwhile,

Use the Wireless button on the back of your printer to restore Wi-Fi setup mode.

On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for five seconds.

NOTE:

Your control panel might look different than the following example, but the steps are the same.

Example of pressing the Wireless button for five seconds

Wait for the Status light to turn purple.

Within two hours, return to the app or software to find and add your printer and complete the setup.
