Hi, I just switched from Comcast Internet to T-Mobile. The printer cannot connect to the T-Mobile internet. It sees the network, but when it asks for the WPA/WEP, and I enter the internet password, it won't connect. Is this because T-Mobile uses the newer WPA2/WEP3? Thanks.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to new router, I am glad to assist you.

Restore network settings to default settings.

  •  Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status menu.
  • Press the button next to Settings to access the Wireless Settings menu.
  • Select Restore Defaults.
  • Confirm the selection to restore defaults.

Connect the printer using the Wireless Setup Wizard

  • Press the Wireless button from the printer control panel, and then select Settings.
  • Scroll to select Wireless Setup Wizard, and then press OK.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the wireless connection.

Keep me posted.

If this helps, please mark the public post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
