Product: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer

Connection failed message after I enter password in the WPA/WEP popup. Printer worked fine and had no connection issues until we had to trade in our old router for a new one, same company, same plan. Not sure what the issue is or how to resolve it. This is a great printer, I do not want to buy a new one. Please help! It is driving me crazy.
