Hi,

Setting up this computer was hellish enough (thanks for the complete lack of instructions, HP), but now it won't connect to the wifi. I don't know why, I have tried everything.

Of course, it would nice if I could find a basic "wireless setup" set of instructions but I already know that is too much to ask of HP which thinks that "connect to your wifi" is adequate instruction.

I would appreciate any help.

I'd also love a phone number for a human being in Support, if such a think exists. I could have solved it in under a minute with a human - I'm at two hours and counting and still nothing.

thanks in advance

There should be instructions, of course.

I'll post what I have on the subject...

Might start with the items near the top as these are likely relevant to the immediate situation.

If your router supports both bandwidths, make sure it is broadcasting on the band you want to use with the printer.

In the router, assign a separate SSID (network name) for each bandwidth.

Both bands can use the same Wireless password
