I have just changed from Bt broadband to sky fibre broadband and cannot connect my HP printer. 
I have turned off the printer. Turned off router and turned off iPhone. It is not showing as an air printer. Any suggestions please???

Hi @Michela_Griggs 

 

Press and hold Wireless button on the back of the printer for at least 3 seconds. Then the
printer enters the Auto Wireless Connect (AWC) setup mode. It keeps searching and waiting for the HP
Smart app to connect -
