I'd like to help!

 

To better assist you - 

 

Are you trying to scan to email/computer or scan to network folder?

What is the exact error message you receive when you scan?

Are you able to make copies using the printer?

What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?

Is the printer connected to a private network or a public network?
