Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

My Officejet pro 8610 will not connect to Webservices.  I have tried resetting the modem, router, and printer. I have also restored factory defaults. I have also tried disabling IP6 protocols. 

 

I can connect to the printer via the IP web portal without trouble and print to the device, but it will not connect to the internet.  It will also not connect to the app on a mobile device. It is discoverable as an AirPrint device however.  

I would like to use the eink product but am unable without webservices activated.
