MAY GOD **bleep** YOU HP! There's simply no reason to make it so damned difficult to do a factory reset to reactive the wireless system on these printers! I just paid $450 with ink- and if I don't get this thing printing more than a black sheet of paper

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I can see how that would be difficult. However, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What's the Wi-Fi light status on the Printer(Blinking or Steady)?
- Are you getting any error while connecting to wireless network?
Keep me posted for further assistance.

Somehow, in spite of HP's ineptness I manage to stumble into how to reset it. The more I have this printer, the more I'm learning to hate your guts. Example- I purchased the ability to use "Tabloid" printing for specific engineering drawings.
Oh, of COURSE not! Scan into the computer, then try to enlarge from 5.8 by 8" to 11 by 17" and guess what? Once again, HP is the leader of the pack- stealing crushing defeat from the jaws of victory again.

Are you trying to scan tabloid size or print tabloid size?

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
