Hi guys! I live in an apartment and need to register my printer using the MAC address. However, whenever I try to print my Network Configuration and Wireless Test report it prints the WPS Pin instead. Where can I physically find the MAC address on my printer

Hi,

Make sure the wireless radio is on, the top wireless light should should appear as purple or blue.

 

If the front light appears in white, press and immediately release the wireless button at the back of the printer, the small button right below the power button.

 

Once confirming the wireless light is on, print a Network Configuration Page as listed below, the Hardware Address (Mac) appears within the 802.11 Wireless section of the report:
