Hi @KHE123,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds frustrating to deal with network issues after electrical work. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the connectivity issue with your HP Envy 6032e.

  • Restart Devices: Sometimes a simple restart of both your printer and your router can resolve connectivity issues.
  • Check Network Settings: Ensure that your printer is within range of your Wi-Fi network and that the network settings (SSID and password) on the printer match those of your router.
  • Forget and Reconnect Wi-Fi: On the printer's control panel, navigate to the wireless or network settings, find your Wi-Fi network, and select "Forget" or "Remove". Then, reconnect to your Wi-Fi network by entering the network password again.
  • Update Firmware: Ensure your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can usually check for updates through the printer's control panel or the HP Smart app.
  • Disable/Enable Wi-Fi: Turn off the Wi-Fi on your printer, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on to see if it reconnects automatically.
  • Check Router Settings: Make sure that your router's firmware is up to date and that there are no special settings (like MAC address filtering) preventing the printer from connecting.
  • Factory Reset: As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on your printer, which will reset all settings including network settings. Be aware that you'll need to set up the printer again from scratch.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
